Leveraging innovative solutions and digital tools, we provide comprehensive insurance coverage and pension services (annuity)to individuals and businesses across Lagos State, Nigeria.Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate at Heirs Insurance Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also assist with the preparation of insurance policies, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth. This role is primarily based in Lagos State, Nigeria, but offers flexibility for some remote work.Key Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products to new and existing customers
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- NCE, OND, HND, BSc and MSc in any discipline
0-5 years’ of industry experience (selected candidate would be trained and certified on the job by Heirs Life.).BENEFITS
