- As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the organization.
- You will play a crucial role in financial planning, auditing, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the company’s financial stability and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports.
- Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Forward GL reconciliation in line with CBN forward delivery.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Logistics reconciliation (Liability Vs Payment) & booking additional cost if any.
- Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.
- Implement recommendations from audit reports.
- Assisting in preparing bank letters related to discrepancy.
- Monitor and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Verification of spares incentives working and monthly posting to ERP.
- Bank charges receivables –Breakup.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a finance executive or related position
- Professional certification e.g ICAN is required
- Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on strategic planning and analysis.
- Must have worked in a manufacturing Industry
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, financial regulations, and taxation.
