Job Vacancy: Job title: Field Supervisor – Nigeria
Job description: We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Supervisors with modern trade experience who will be responsible for achievement of set sales turnover in a given territory and effective management of sales staff to realize maximum product availability at all times at the least possible cost.
As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Achievement of Set Sales objectives: Ensure sales volume growth through demand creation and monitor quality of work produced by field team and take corrective action when necessary.
- Account management alignment: Ensure distributor management through working closely with Retails Chains & Clients Sales team to meet and exceed sales growth targets
- Operational excellence: Work closely with the client account teams to meet sales & growth targets and keep abreast of new developments in the industry & communicate new developments to field team and Project Manager
- HHT Management: Daily tracking of the HHT login and follow-up on the gaps with the team and review the accuracy and quality of information punched by the field team.
- Effective People Management: Manage field team performance, taking corrective action (in line with Code of Conduct) when staff’s conduct or performance is not in line with company and agreed standards, policies & procedures. Provide feedback to management.
- Effective Team & Self-Management: Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures and the ability to anticipate and manage change
What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should have
- 3 Years’ or more experience in the FMCG Industry as senior sales representative
- Degree, Higher or Basic Diploma in sales & marketing or relevant field

- Communication Skills (verbal & written)
