Introduction

Responsibilities
Realtor Support:
- Collaborate with realtors to coordinate appointments, schedule property showings, and facilitate virtual tours.
- Assist in the preparation of essential documents, contracts, and paperwork for real estate transactions.
- Conduct market research to provide valuable insights and assist realtors in making informed decisions.
- Efficiently manage communication with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders.
Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and virtual tours.
- Manage and update property listings on various online platforms and real estate websites.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong social media presence to engage with the target audience and highlight properties.
- Utilize email marketing and digital channels to reach out to potential clients.
Administrative Support:
- Undertake general office administrative tasks, including managing virtual calls and emails.
- Organize and maintain databases, records, and files related to real estate transactions.
- Assist in coordinating virtual open houses, property viewings, and online events.
Client Relations:
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry developments.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis to aid realtors in making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND qualification with 1 – 2 years of work experience.
- Previous experience in real estate or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- A genuine passion for real estate, marketing, and staying informed about industry trends.
