Package:
- Salary: $1500 – $1800.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Inclusive: VISA processing, flight tickets, in-house accommodation.
- Health Insurance: Candidates will be registered with their official Health Insurance Scheme.
- Annual Leave: Entitled after one year of service with a return ticket provided for flights to the home country.
Description:
- As the Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind their culinary excellence.
- Your responsibilities will include menu creation, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative menus in line with the hotel’s standards and local preferences.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee procurement, storage, and preparation of food to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Must be Zimbabwean or Malawian
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for culinary excellence and staying abreast of current food trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team effectively.
