Job Position: Executive Assistant
Job Locations: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Job
- The main tasks of an executive assistant are handling office-management duties, making travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, proposals, follow-ups, answering phone calls, setting up meetings, screening visitors, and many more similar duties.
- They manage their schedules, prepare reports, provide general administrative support, and are essentially involved in office policies
Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop, Update and Review content like Proposal
- Excellent Social Media Contenting skills including Product and Services promotions on our social media pages
- Follow up with clients on projects
- Be able to bring leads and sales for our online scanner store – goscanshop.com
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Run office-related errands
- Organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Some local travels may be involved
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of “Records Management” systems (EDMS software)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Must be a Graduate with 2nd Class Upper or higher
- Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be an Excellent Communicator, Good Spoken English
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Proficient in Project Management
Others:
Understanding other languages (Hausa) is a plus
- Be Trustworthy and Organised, Analytical
- Between ages of 24 and 30
- Must be Female
