• AA Rescue is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Chairman (EC). The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our Chairman, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and must have a strong Legal background.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for Chairman
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chairman
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
• Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the Chairman and executive team

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field/and Law.
