Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for will be responsible for all employee experience related activities.

  • Develop a remarkable and superior onboarding experience for candidates and new hires from their job application until they are hired, through their first 90 days at the company.
  • Work together with leadership team to implement core values & culture in the entire employee experience lifecycle
  • Responsible for overall employee engagement, motivation and advancement
  • Responsible for designing, implementing and following up engagement surveys
  • Responsible for the entire experience of support, training & career development of all employees
  • Monitor internal HRIS systems and databases.
  • Designing, implementing and following through on company policies
  • Managing & Planning overall activities & budget related to employees, office, social activities, travel & accommodation
  • Co-ordinate talent acquisition activities with Heads of units
  • Address employees’ queries
  • Develop and execute learning and growth plans for employees.
  • Create great employee engagement programs to keep employees motivated.
  • Ensure employees are equipped with the right tools and resources they need to do their best work.
  • Manage a comprehensive communications strategy to drive engagement, instill confidence and trust, and inspire employees around ISN strategy by leveraging different mediums.
  • Designing employee experience frameworks
  • Creating ways to measure and assess engagement

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (minimum second-class upper)
  • Membership of CIPM is an added advantage
  • 3+ years of experience in people or human resources role
  • Good knowledge of HR processes
  • Experience with HRIS systems Experience working directly with senior executives. Demonstrated the ability to influence and build high-impact partnerships
  • Experience growing and managing a high-performing team
  • Process and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Experience defining, creating, tracking & owning HR processes from on-boarding to training & support.
