Our client, a leading fintech company in Nigeria, is seeking to employ Direct Sales Agents.
Job Description:
Manage new and existing client relationships.
Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, cold calls, warm calls, and referrals.
Develop and maintain prospect and customer databases.
Manage and prioritise tasks to meet daily and weekly goals.
Coordinate sales efforts and serve as liaison between the sales associate and the home office.
Making sure the customers are well-informed about the company proposal.
Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Working experience as a Direct Sales Representative in the financial sector.
- A proven track of sales record will be advantageous.
- Good networking and people skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service skills.
