Our client is a Fin-tech company that provides business payment solutions. They are looking to employ Data Monitoring Analyst.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of staff activities.

• Educate the staff on the client’s products and services.

• Collating data and submitting daily reports to the client.

• Monitoring data based on metrics set by the client.

• Monitoring the performance of the staff.

• Liaise with client key stakeholders to ensure proper business operations.

• Track and assess the staff’s overall progress towards achieving the set KPI.

• Develop, implement, and maintain operations protocols.

• Proactively identify, diagnose and advise the client on areas of improvement and recommend solutions.

• Resolution of daily emergency complaints to mitigate delay in operational activities.

• Monitor and evaluate overall progress of the staff on achievement of target.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 1-2 years of experience in similar role

• Good communication skills

• Excellent leadership skills

• Critical thinking and problem solving ability

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
