Job Position: Customer Success Lead
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Opebi, Ikeja. Lagos
Responsibilities
- Customer retention and internal sales.
- Improve ongoing customer relationships and networking.
- Review customer’s complaints and concern and seek to improve the experience.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Implement success programs, contribute to sales and minimize churn.
- Upsell the company’s product/services with the brand image.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Sales / Customer Service/Communications/Business Administration or other related fields.
- Relevant experience (3 – 7 year) as a customer success lead is an advantage
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Candidate must be within the age bracket 25 – 45years
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language skills. Must speak fluent English and at least one of the 3 major Nigerian Languages – Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba.
