Job Description
The individual will be responsible for:
- Maintaining relationships with existing company clients
- Updating the produce list on a weekly basis
- Sending the updated list to clients via email and WhatsApp
- Preparing documents needed for order processing and delivery
- Responding to inquiries received via different channels (email, phone or WhatsApp) in a timely manner
- Processing orders for delivery
- Following up with clients if orders are not being received as expected
- Coordinating with the crop management and logistics teams to ensure clients receive requested supply in a timely manner
