Job Description
- The Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating their team and developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.
- The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by striving always to meet and exceed their expectations.
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Up to 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, or related position.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Excellent human relations and dress sense
