We import, distribute and retail the JAC brand of vehicles including passenger cars, SUV’s, pickup trucks, buses, and light-duty trucks in Nigeria.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Position: Customer Relations Officer (CRO)Job Locations: Ibadan – Oyo and Jalingo – Taraba
Employment Type: Full-timeJob Description

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Ensure that proper services are delivered to all Customers in a timely manner at all times
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts and make suitable recommendations using key metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned key Customers’ decision makers at all levels
• Ensure all sales Customers assigned are converted to aftersales Customers
• Achieve budgeted revenue for aftersales.
• Ensure daily updating of all activities on CRM

Person Specification

• B.Sc / HND in any related field
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in customer services preferably in the Automobile industry.

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State – Jalingo, Taraba State
