Our client is a fast growing Micro finance bank, looking to hire a customer Experience Agent across Nigeria.
Job Responsibility
Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Recording transactions and preparing transaction reports.
Submission of daily report and reconciliation.
Provide relevant and appropriate answers to questions and inquiries from customers about the company’s products and services.
Assist customers in processing transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient handover.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including security measures to protect against theft & fraud.
Ability to work efficiently in handling customer issues in the most appropriate manner.
Build trust, loyalty, and long-lasting relationships with customers.
Maintain clear and open two-way communication with all internal teams to allow great service for customers.
Cross-sell other products and services to customers.
Ensure all information management systems are constantly updated and accurate.
Keeping informed of industry trends
Requirements
Minimum of BSc/ HND or OND is required.
Minimum of 6 months experience in the financial sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral, written and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should possess high emotional intelligence.
Strong numerical and basic math skills.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in teams to deliver set goals.
Result-oriented – always focused on completing tasks on time, accurately, and efficiently.
