- Promote and protect Nestlé’s reputation and influence in the marketplace
- Develop and execute integrated corporate communications strategies with emphasis on Nestle’s contributions to nutrition, communities, and the planet.
- Provide communications insight to the CCPA Manager and other functions/businesses as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders to sustain good community and working relationships for our business to thrive.
- Articulate and align communications strategies around internal communications; media relations; stakeholder relations; crisis management; sustainability and creating shared value initiatives.
What Will Make You Successful?
- A degree in Communications or a Communications Professional Certification. Member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Public Relations and Corporate Communications roles
- A consummate communicator both in written and verbal forms
- Positive work attitude
- Strong team collaboration mindset
- Experience in a corporate environment and/or with an agency managing a wide range of corporate clients
- Passionate about making a difference in the society through effective communications
- Experience working in different business functions
- Self-motivated
- Skilled in managing superiors and working effectively with colleagues
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in French would be an added advantage
