Requirements
Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years of experience.
- Must be fluent in Hausa language
Technical Competencies:
- Tech savvy with knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone equipment (CRM) is an added advantage
- Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with quality assurance and data analysis software
- Exceptional customer service expertise
- Proficiency with the English language
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
