Job Description
- Coordinates Production, Warehouse, inventory, distribution and all operations within.
- Oversees the maintenance work done in the premises.
- Follows up with every receiving from the warehouse and with delivery to each store.
- Ensure the facility programs are strictly adhered to.
- Responsible for coordinating FSMS, QMS within the commissary
- Oversee Commissary personnel, including assigning duties, coaching and counselling; reports any associate problems to manager.
- Maintains daily awareness of product need, determines quantities required to adequately stock commissary by reviewing stock balance daily, assists management in ordering supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Food Science and Tech, Business Management or equivalent, meet his/her job Description.
- Experience with the food industry
- Knowledgeable in food safety
- Good leadership and analytical skills
- Inventory Control
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include Good communication skills and material management
- Team player and fast worker
- Knowledge of NAV or SAP is a MUST
