Responsibilities

• Assist all patients through inbound calls, emails or chat
• Communicate a variety of information to the patients
• Be an active listener and help resolve patient inquires.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
