Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Abuja

Job Functions

  • Develop Sales Pipelines.
  • Nurture and manage customer accounts.
  • Hit sales targets.
  • Create and implement quarterly marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, SMS or face-to-face.
  • Manage current customers and generate new accounts.
  • Liase with press and distribute press releases.
  • Manage customer enquiries
  • Create and produce print, radio, tv, outdoor and online advertisements.
  • Manage quarterly marketing budgets ensuring approval and expenditure is approved and recorded at all times.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials to all service centers and customers.
  • Coordinate and attend trade events and consumer fairs.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases.
  • Liaise with front desk and CKI officer to monitor customer activity.
  • Work alongside HP marketing and sales team to ensure the service center is promoted in all channels.
  • Organise and participate in internal and external corporate events .
  • Report logging rates and trends to senior management in conjunction with departmental spend.
  • Report to Head of Department and MD

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) qualification.
  • At least 4 years of work experience.
