Our client is a reputable technology company that specializes in building technology-based solutions for both private and public institutions in Nigeria. A few of their prominent solutions include parking management, payment and ticketing services, general IT solutions, and infrastructure building and management.
The Company is seeking to hire a goal-oriented Business Development Executive who will be a key point between the organization and the client. This role will involve driving the company’s products and/or service sales by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities
The ideal candidate must be able to identify prospects, maintain customer relationships, and identify ways to achieve and grow the sales and revenue target.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the company
§ Conduct extensive market research for business growth and sales opportunities
§ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and email marketing
§ Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
§ Create awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
§ Negotiate the deals with the clients in line with company policy.
§ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences for business development
§ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
§ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
§ Improve product marketability and profitability.
§ Create and present sales performance reports.
§ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
§ Any other duty as determined from time to time.
Requirements
§ First degree in any relevant field from a reputable institution.
§ 3-5 years of cognate experience as a sales and marketing executive.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Solid understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other sales soft software programs
§ Self-motivated and driven by targets
§ Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
§ Commercial awareness and ability to influence others
Benefits
Guaranteed Pay is N200,000.00 monthly net + other interesting benefits
