The Company is seeking to engage a productivity-oriented professional who will collaborate with the executive management team and the local country team to drive the B2B and Banking partner relationships in Nigeria.
Job Summary: The Bank Engagement & Partnerships Manager, will own and build out the bank and partnerships channels and ensure growth from each channel on a Month-on-Month basis. S/he will ensure proper follow up after all meetings and that all deliverables for each partnership are completed and the partnership successfully consummated. And managing the relationship with Banks and corporate partners to ensure that all transactions are successfully closed and executed.
Job Responsibilities
§ Onboard new bank partners and manage current bank partner relationships to ensure the successful and continuous deployment of autoloans from the bank via the Company platform
§ Responsible for the sales targets attached to the Bank Channel and design and implement innovative strategies to achieve increased penetration across the retail bank network
§ Ensure the successful integration and deployment of a whitelabel product for all banks –
§ Similar to “Chase Auto” and ensure disbursements over $500k from each bank
§ Work with the senior management team – CEO, SVP to set up and attend all banking partner or corporate customer meetings
§ Be the main point of contact between Company and the banking or Corporate partner
§ Responsible for the post-meeting deliverables and follow up with the partner to move the projects along
§ Function as the project manager that ensures all partnership projects run smoothly and are successfully delivered. This could range from tech integration, finance partner disbursements
§ Deliver excellent customer service for banking partners and corporate partners
§ Effectively manage all stakeholders related to a project and be the internal champion for the partner
§ Build out the Corporate channel by acquiring new partners and working with the commercial team to ensure all corporate transactions are successfully managed and closed with excellent customer service delivery

Technical Requirements
§ Have a strong sales mindset and the ability to cultivate sales relationships with potential partners from the Chief executive roles to the operational leads
§ Ability to draft a project plan with deliverables and dates
§ Ability draft pitch presentations and documents required for the project.
§ Successfully represent the company at meetings and achieve meeting goals
§ High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
§ Ability to follow up on all stakeholders
§ Ability to effectively communicate project requirements
§ Ability to manage corporate customers and banking partners
Knowledge & Skills Required
§ Solid working knowledge of customer service
§ Commercial focus with demonstrated ability to identify and deliver commercial outcomes
§ Thoughtful and demonstrates good judgment and strong decision-making skills
§ Strong people management skills
§ Results-oriented approach to work; willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team

Educational Requirement
§ B.Sc Degree and Masters Degree or its equivalent in Business Admin or related field.
