The role will include duties such as:
- Formulate and pursue business development strategies to drive the strategic business plan for building and driving incremental and profitable growth of the FRM practice
- Leverage local and global KPMG artefacts, SMEs, and other network assets to advance the firms FRM agenda
- Advise and support the team in executing FRM Project consulting engagements, either at a project or enterprise level
- Promote FRM methodology and tool and craft strategies to improve adoption during project delivery by the team
- Participate in the development and publication of thought leadership
- Support the development of strong delivery teams, from recruitment to on-the-job development and retention

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university
- A Masters degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics and or any other relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
- A Minimum of 10-15 years in consulting services for financial institutions or relevant roles in industry
- Proven experience in credit risk, operational risk, market and liquidity risk, treasury, and capital markets
- Previous consulting experience with demonstrated track record of quality work, client management and productive team interactions is a plus
- A deep understanding of risk management issues and challenges in the FSI
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to promote collaboration and alignment
- Strong understanding and experience of Basel 2/3 and IFRS 9 is a must
