Position Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Head of School.

- The Assistant Head of School will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that our Online School continues to deliver outstanding educational experiences to students worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest standards of education are maintained throughout all academic programs.
- Curriculum Oversight: Collaborate with academic teams to review, revise, and enhance curriculum materials to meet the evolving needs of online learners.
- Technology Integration: Work closely with the technology department to ensure the seamless integration of educational technology tools into the learning environment, promoting an engaging and interactive online experience.
- Faculty Development: Facilitate professional development programs for faculty, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective online instruction.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Design and oversee assessment and evaluation processes to measure student learning outcomes and the effectiveness of instructional methods.
- Student Support: Collaborate with student support services to address academic challenges and enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, with a focus on quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
