  • The Assistant Director of Sales should assist the Director of Sales in leading the sales team to hit sales targets. He/She should form marketing strategies for the property to achieve forecasted sales.
  • He / She must coach and motivate the sales team by forming realistic monthly sales targets for each member.
  • He should seek out high-value clients and ensure quality service standards are delivered by the sales team while creating ongoing events for property and product promotion.
  • He/She needs to conduct competitor analysis to study sales and marketing tactics used by other properties. He/She also needs to survey the execution of sales and promotional events to increase profits for the property.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing the company’s products to mega distributors, retailers, malls, shops, corporate organizations and individuals on PAN Nigeria basis.
  • Modern Trade distribution channel handling
  • Conducting Market Survey Intelligence reports on competition brands activities vis-a-vis our Dogan’s Sugar brand Market performance.
  • Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance at Lagos and PAN Nigeria.
  • Develop and implement market penetration strategies for effective sales
  • Improving overall company profitability by meeting sales target through aggressive and effective planning and marketing activities.
  • Mandated to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports based on targets given.
  • Key Account Supermarkets: Shoprite, Spar, Justrite etc
  • Medium Scale Supermarkets Sales Channel Opening
  • Development of Lagos State and Environs small retail channels sales
  • Sourcing for new customers (Distributors) and reactivating lost distributors across the country.
  • Make sales and generate interest and commitment from potential customers in which the company don’t operate.
