(MANO)Our Mission:Is to “make someone’s day* by delivering products they love in minutes at the best affordable prices.Job Scope & SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Art Director to join our in house marketing team on a contract (3 to 6 months subject to renewal) where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audienceYour main focus and responsibility will be to come up with creative, unique and out of the box marketing campaign designs across all online (digital, CRM, Website) and offline channels.Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling visual content that align with our brand identity and deliver on campaign objectives
• Develop and execute creative concepts, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop fresh ideas and creative solutions
• Actively participate in the design process, contributing your expertise to the creation of visual assets across a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and digital advertising campaigns
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate our creative offerings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a creative agency is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, with a focus on advertising, branding across all channels: digital & offline.
• Well versed in industry trends and best practices like use of AI in creative conceptualization & design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creativity and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of design excellence.
