Job Title: Safety Manager
Location: Agbara, Ogun

Job Description
- To ensure that all safety regulations of the company are strictly adhered to by all staff and contractors working within the company.
- Investigate accidents and submit reports to management for corrective actions.
- The Environment and Safety Manager will provide the plant with a comprehensive and professional environment and occupational health and safety system.
- Ensuring compliance to environment and safety systems, standards, and work practices to achieve targets set for the environment and safety pillars as well as the environment and safety KPI’s.
- To Ensure that all equipment within the plant is operated safely at all times.
- Provide support service to top Management.
- Contribute to the development of an efficient and dedicated workforce.
- Responsible for monitoring workers’ compliance with safety regulations and making recommendations on all safety matters.
- Responsible for monitoring activities within the work environment with a view to preventing accidents.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / B.Tech / HND in Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Science.
- Proven Leadership Ability
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing company
- Experience in both safety and environment management.
