Our client is a reputable technology company that specializes in building technology-based solutions for both private and public institutions in Nigeria. A few of their prominent solutions include parking management, payment and ticketing services, general IT solutions, and infrastructure building and management.

The Company is seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the organization’s administration system and general workflows.

This role will involve maintaining an office budget plan, regular reports on expenses, managing office inventories such as stationery, equipment, and furniture, supervising other staff, and delegating responsibilities.

§ Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture

§ Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities accordingly

§ Help maintain office budget plan and regular reports on expenses.

§ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

§ Organize and schedule meetings and events.

§ Manage and monitor company vehicles

§ Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)

§ Arrange travel and accommodations

§ Liaise with government agencies, corporate organizations, etc.

§ Manage/maintain the company’s insurance policies.

Other assigned tasks/special assignments

Requirements

§ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or any related field

§ 3 years of experience working as an Administrator or other similar position.

§ Significant experience in organizing office procedures. Good practical experience with office management software like MS Office.

§ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

§ Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills

§ Accounting and book-keeping skills

§ Attention to details

§ Problem-solving and exceptional customer service skills

Benefits

Base Pay is N200,000.00 monthly net + other interesting benefits
