Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual assistant Admin Assistant
