Description
We are looking for a talented ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in LAGOS-ISLAND , LAGOS , NIGERIA .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support Month End Financial Close activities and ensure all invoices and receipts interface from SAP to BOLT and accounted for.
- Heads weekly AR meetings with SM/KAM for past due follow ups and ensure records of meetings are kept and distributed for follow ups.
- Prepare and inspect Top 20 past due report, Top AR report, Mid-month AR report including other Corporate and local AR reports as may be require and ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely submission of all reports.
- Support Internal and External Audit as may be required.
- Achieve assigned recovery target to contribute to the company’s financial performance, reducing past due and doubtful debt provisions.
- Follow up with WHT credit note and ensure they are booked into the financials.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Credit and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excel & SAP skills.
