Job description: Job Description:Our client, a leading fintech with a platform for safe, secure, and prompt gift cards and crypto transactions, is seeking to hire an Account Sales Manager in Lagos. The Ideal candidate role will be to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with Operations, and customer service team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Requirements
- BSc in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the fintech space.
- Previous track record in business development
- Must be strong in client acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
