The silly and cringy camaraderie that played out between Obama and Trump at the state funeral for Jimmy Carter was newsworthy but offensive at some level.

You know I was not the only one who had caught the silly camaraderie that appeared to momentarily go on between Obama and Trump at the State Funeral for Jimmy Carter.

Another world famous journalist who had also caught the moment was the great Don Lemon of the CNN who now runs his own Podcast on YouTube you all can go watch on YouTube.

I can now understand on hindsight why Michelle Obama had rather delayed her trip to Hawaii than rushed to Washington DC to go sit next to Donald Trump of all people at the Funeral Ceremony for Jimmy Carter.

I agree with Don Lemon that we often get played by sneaky politicians. The coziness between Obama and Trump at the National Cathedral is one great proof of that to me.

Come on, Barack. Give me a break.

I thought for once that Obama blew it by allowing Mr. Trump to get under his skin and to publicly manipulate him like that before television cameras in a somber and surreal ceremony like we all saw at the funeral of arguably one of the best and the most moralistic Presidents of America.

I am not saying that two people who, in their guts passionately hate each other should never bury the hatchet, if necessary and called for, but this particular one was offensive and disappointing to say the least.

Why wasn’t Mr. Trump showing that closeness he had shown to Obama in that ceremony to his own wife and First Lady who sat next to him.

I strongly believe that Donald Trump had pulled the stunt to mitigate his mental agony and isolation as he saw the whole world honor and eulogize and praise the virtues and the legacies of the man he had despised for much of his adult life because he lacked all of those attributes.
