I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is less than two weeks away, and Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly are hard at work.

In a brand new trailer teasing the ITV reality show’s return to Gwrych Castle in North Wales, it seems the Geordie duo are already in the fortress getting things ready for the upcoming series, which kicks off on November 21.

In the video, Ant and Dec appear as armour-clad ‘mighty warrior knights’, forging the precious gold stars the celebs will be trying to win in tasks to earn meals and other welcome bonuses.

Sparks are already flying at the beginning of the teaser, with Dec hammering away in the forge, while the narrator says: ‘Two might warriors shall work tirelessly to prepare the trials…’

Enter Ant, who immediately quizzes his pal: ‘Ooh, whatcha making? In fact, don’t tell me – let me guess! A sword? An axe?’

His co-host reveals it’s ‘something for the trials – no, not an ‘iron stomach’, as Ant jokes (although that might help). It’s actually something far more precious.

‘Behold,’ Dec announces, holding up a coveted gold star with a pair of iron tongs, before chucking it on a heap with the rest of them.

‘Anyway, these stars aren’t going to make themselves,’ he tells Ant. ‘So quit yammering, and start hammering!’

The new video follows another teaser which saw the presenting pair heading up to the castle on a pair of horses – although Ant’s was considerable shorter as they rode through the countryside.

The advert promised the upcoming season will be ‘the most gruesome ever’.

Meanwhile, the line-up is yet to be officially revealed ahead of the November 21 launch, but the likes of Frankie Bridge, Richard Madeley, Adam Woodyatt and David Ginola are all rumoured to be taking part.

Snoochie Shy and DJ Locksmith, who are also thought to be heading to the castle, appear to have already given fans a glimpse of their isolation digs.

Just like last year’s series of I’m A Celebrity, all the contestants heading into the castle will have to isolate for two weeks before the show launches.

They will then form a bubble for the duration of their time on the show.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! starts on November 21 on ITV.
