The House of Bishops has Elected the Bishop of Lagos Diocese Rt. Rev. Humphrey Bamisebi Olumakaiye as the Archbishop-Elect of Lagos Province for the 1st term of 5 years. He will be taking over from The Most Rev. Michael Fape of Remo Diocese…

His Election,  according to the Church of Nigeria Advent Cable Network Nigeria Television ACNNTV  stated that, Most Revd Olumakaiye got the nod from the majority of bishops at the just concluded Standing Committee Meeting of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, which was held in Lagos from 20 to 24 September 2021.

Also, The Bishop of the Missionary Diocese of Bari in Kano State, The Rt. Rev. Idris Ado Zubairu has been translated to the Diocese of Sokoto. He is to replace the late Bishop Omole.

The Rt. Rev. Olukayode Adebogun, who is the Suffragan Bishop of ADOTT Region 1 has been elected to replace the retired Bishop Amos Fagbamiye as the Diocesan Bishop of the Anglican Diocese Of The Trinity…
