It will come as a surprise to nobody that Cristiano Ronaldo has found his goalscoring boots since signing for Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr earlier in the season.

The 38 year-old is regarded as one of the greatest players of all time and currently the top goalscorer in the history of the game.

But exactly how many goals has he scored so far this season?

Here is your up-to-date tally for the number of goals Ronaldo has scored for Al Nassr since leaving Manchester United by mutual agreement.

How many goals has Cristiano Ronaldo scored for Al Nassr so far?

So far this season, Ronaldo has scored eight goals for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League.

Ronaldo finally made his debut for his new club on January 22 against Ettifaq, but the Portuguese sensation was unable to mark the occasion with a goal.

Instead, his first goal for the club arrived in game two – a stoppage time penalty to secure a 2-2 draw against Al Fateh.

Ronaldo got into his stride with four goals in the next match against Al Wehda.

This was the first time Ronaldo had bagged a hat-trick in Saudi Arabia, while his four strikes were enough to notch him past 500 career league goals.

Two games later, Ronaldo had his second hat-trick of the season with his goals helping the team ease past Damac 3-0.

Whilst he has found the back of the net with great regularity in the league so far, he was unable to get on the scoresheet in the semi-final defeat to Al Ittihad in the Saudi Super Cup.

Despite having only joined the league in January, Ronaldo’s goalscoring exploits have propelled him to being the joint fifth highest goalscorer in the Saudi Pro League this season.

He is also the second top scorer for Al Nassr this term behind Brazilian teammate Talisca.

Ronaldo’s very first game in Saudi Arabia was actually as part of a Saudi All-Star XI which took on PSG in a friendly match on January 19.

The team, comprised of Al Nassr and Al Hilal players, were defeated 5-4 by the French champions – despite Ronaldo netting twice during the game.

As well as his eight goals to date, the five time Ballon d’Or winner has also registered two assists.

Before leaving Old Trafford for the second time in his career earlier this season, Ronaldo had managed 3 goals in 16 appearances for United.

Two of his goals came in the Europa League in the home and away fixtures against Sheriff, whilst his solo strike in the Premier League was in the 2-1 win over Everton.
