An endearing moment unfolded as the Isoko father-in-law assisted the Yoruba groom in styling the traditional Isoko wedding attire.
To prepare for the wedding celebration, the father-in-law intervened in styling the groom, given that he isn’t an Isoko man but a Yoruba man, who isn’t familiar with the traditional Isoko clothing.
The bride’s father gently assisted his daughter’s husband in tying the lace wrapper and fastening the belt in the appropriate Isoko fashion, preparing him to adorn the traditional attire.
As part of the dressing, he assisted the groom in wearing his hat and beaded necklace.
Many have sent heartfelt congratulations after seeing the video, recalling the touching moment when Isoko fathers-in-law helped dress up non-Isoko groom for the wedding.
