The need for Outgoing Presidents to do a handing over note that should be made public while redacting matters relating to National Security has never been more urgent and needed.
I have had a chance to listen to one Mr. Feldman’s Podcast on YouTube on the recent elections in America.
The results showing Donald Trump to have won in no less than 5 out of the 7 Swing States including North Carolina, Michigan and Arizona and 2 other States are decidedly and authoritatively questionable and suspect and would need to be reviewed by the Courts or Election Tribunals for final adjudication.
How come the bandwagon effect that does not hold in North Carolina where the race had the Governorship candidate and not the Presidential candidate or in Arizona or Michigan where the Senatorial candidates had scored more than the presidential candidate confirming the strange development of the tail wagging the dog rather than the dog wagging its tail in this election?
Attorney Marc Elias for the Democratic Party has a lot more work to do to get us some answers to all of the questions posed by Mr. Feldman about the accuracy and the validity of the score cards shown for both Mr. Trump and Kamala Harris in those 5 States.
I must confess that the information from one of my grandsons, a Computer Wizard with a Master’s degree in Cyber Security obtained from Yale and West Haven University in Connecticut, has sharpened my sensitivity to how results of the elections can be easily doctored, distorted and hacked by manipulators on both sides of the great divide especially with Elon Musk willing and able to invest as much as one Billion Dollars in favor of his preferred candidate.
I am aware that his candidate Donald Trump always wants to win either fairly or unfairly and would do anything and commit any crime to get what he wants by announcing before the first vote was cast that he has already won the election just to discourage late voters from ever going out to vote.
Elon Musk has funded a million Podcasts with effortless ease to go flood the airwaves with fake News on the election and if that becomes the established pattern in future elections in America, forget it.
Donald Trump and Elon Musk have found a new formula to keep the Republicans in power for as long as they want because they now have an absolute majority of 6 to 3 Judges in the US Supreme Court.
If that becomes the self- fulfilling prophecy in America, that would simply spell the end of Democracy based on one- man-one-vote in America where a Republican candidate can lose the popular vote by 10 million votes and still win the race if he or she becomes the first to reach 271 in the Electoral College Count by winning most of the swing states even if he loses in all of the big states like California, New York, Florida, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey Georgia and Maryland and Pennsylvania.
That is why Trump has no qualms announcing that the current election would probably be the last time his supporters would ever need to vote for him in America.
I can produce videos showing him making the announcement not thru the improvisation of Artificial Intelligence which is now the Vogue or the abracadabra in High Wire Rigging of elections by the money bags of this world like filthy-rich Elon Musk who could afford to pay or buy every voter for his candidate a sum of 500.00 Dollars per head like he is rumored to have done and normalized in this election because the 6 Republican – leaning Judges out of the 9 Judges of the Supreme Court, have set no limit on how much a candidate can spend to get elected.
How for God sake can anyone defeat a Bill Gate, or a Jeff Pezos or an Elon Musk or a Michael Bloomberg or Oprah Winfrey or Beyonce or Taylor Swift or Bruce Springsteen, if they decide to run for President at any time.
Elon Musk has thus reduced the American election to the same level as a third world country like Nigeria or Burkina Faso or Benin Republic or Niger or Garbon or Banjul in the Gambia where the Victory in elections always goes to the highest bidders with deep pockets like Ahmed Bola Tinubu or Aliko Dangote of Nigeria, if they both decide to run for office.
The answers to those questions posed by Mr. Feldman may or may not change the ultimate outcome of these elections but they deserve to be fully investigated and answered to the full satisfaction of both Parties between now and the 72 days left before the inauguration of Donald Trump scheduled for January 20, 2025
Pretty much like Donald Trump had done in 2020 when he lost to Joe Biden and the Democrats and he refused to allow a peaceful transfer of power,
he had chosen instead to file more than 62 litigations out of which he had won only 2 on sheer technicality while he lost 60 as I recall, before the Biden victory was ultimately upheld and sustained.
Still Donald Trump did not show up to formally hand over to Joe Biden at his Seearing-in Ceremony in front of the Capitol in Washington DC.
The Democrats must not rush to judgment to hastily conclude that Donald Trump has won the election, fair and square.
What goes around comes around. It is now pay back time.
Just hosting Donald Trump at the White House next week to begin the Handing over formalities from Biden to Trump may not be enough.
We need to see more data before we conclude that Mr. Trump has actually won the election as announced and for the Public to know by how much in both the popular vote and in the Electoral College tally for permanent documentation.
My second point for asking for Handing Over Notes by outgoing Presidents is to make sure that we document the legacy and the achievements of each President and to make it impossible for one President to claim or reap where they did not sow like Donald Trump is now claiming that he had produced the best Economy in his 4 years in office from 2016 to 2020.
It was a big lie. The Republicans under George Bush Junior had messed up the Economy of America before he handed over to Barack Hussein Obama who had worked his head off to leave a good Economy to Donald Trump in 2016 following his surprise victory over Hillary Clinton after losing the popular vote by 3 million votes.
Donald Trump had inherited a sound Economy from Obama but he ruined it within his first 3 years in office before the Tsunami of the Covid Epidemic came in 2019 to completely ruin the Economy by his last year in office when he was defeated by Joe Biden in 2020 November.
It was not entirely his fault but his neglect and carelessness in confronting the Epidemic, at the nick of time, was his major problem.
That was the blunt truth that Donald Trump had wanted to hide or downplay but History would not let him and I personally would not let him.
Joe Biden did not only end the Covid Epidemic which killed more than 1 million Americans, he had done it while improving the Economy and making it the best in the World right now despite the ugly effect of stag inflation which was blown out of proportion by Donald Trump’s hyperbolic distortion of the facts and the people’s perception when they go out to the Grocery to find the cost of tomatoes and food items getting more expensive.
But now that Donald Trump is back let us see if the cost of those items are going to nosedive. I can assure you they are not going to. Trust me. Who do you blame then? Of course the paper tiger turned the Lion King of Mar-A-Lago.
Since Joe Biden is now going to hand over the Economy to Donald Trump on January 20 in 2025, Donald Trump, the pathological liar and narcissist is never going to acknowledge that he has inherited the best Economy from Joe Biden. We must let the whole world know that for a fact.
He has campaigned that he is taking over a bad economy but it was a big lie and he has won the election by spreading falsehood and claiming that the Economy under Joe Biden was terrible which was another big lie.
Joe Biden before leaving office on January 20, must therefore leave a Handing over Note that properly document all the Data and the indicators of a sound Economy and to clearly show where the Economy stands today for comparative analogy and for record purposes.
