The Federal High Court has granted interim order restraining the Nigerian Labour Congress NLC and Trade Union Congress of Nigeria TUC from going on strike from Wednesday as planned. The court rules further that they can only do this until the determination of the motion on notice.
The order was issued today 5 June 2023 by Justice O.Y Anuwe. He adjourned the further hearing till 19 June 2023.
