Hot on the heels of Selling Sunset season four, which is released this week, Netflix bosses have confirmed Selling Tampa is on the way.

The spin-off will focus on the owner and agents of an all Black, all female firm as they explore the luxury real estate of Florida.

We’re already drooling at the thought of those beach properties that we could never dream of affording.

While the LA series shows the goings-on at the Oppenheim Group, the new program will introduce us all to Allure Realty.

The official synopsis reads: ‘Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast.

‘These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.

‘Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.’

Boss Sharelle will be joined in the office by Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit, Karla Giorgio, Colony Reeves, Rena Frazier, Juawana Williams and Tennille Moore.

The first season will consist of eight episodes, from executive producer Adam DiVello, and will hit the small screen on December 15.

We will have our popcorn ready.

As well as Selling Tampa, we will also be blessed with Selling OC – with members of the Sunset squad involved in setting up the new office in Orange County.

According to reports, the spin-off will focus on Jason Oppenheim’s decision to expand the business, opening a second office in Newport Beach.

The official cast and air date have yet to be revealed, but we hope it’s soon.

Until then, we’ll have to make do with the original Selling Sunset – with season four dropping on November 24.

Selling Tampa will be released on Netflix on December 15.
