Fire Guts Two Big Markets in Borno State

Fire has gutted the Gamboru and Biu  markets around the Custom area in Maiduguri and Biu in the Borno State

Although the remote cause of the fire is still sketchy as of press time, it was  gathered that goods worth millions might have been destroyed in both incidents.

The Gamboru market is the biggest perishable goods market in Maiduguri.while Biu is the largest market in Southern  Borno.
