EPL: Nowhere near Arsenal, Man City – Cundy blasts Man Utd after Leeds draw

TalkSPORT pundit, Jason Cundy has said Manchester United are “nowhere near” Arsenal and Manchester City following their 2-2 draw with Leeds on Wednesday night.

According to him, the result was “two points dropped” against a team without a manager.

The Red Devils found themselves two goals down at Old Trafford, after Wilfried Gnonto opened the scoring and Raphael Varane put the ball into his own net.

But Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho rescued a point for Erik ten Hag’s men.

It leaves United seven points behind league leaders Arsenal, who have two games in hand over them.

“That’s not a good result for United – that’s a bad result.

“We all expected United to go there in front of the crowd, close the gap; are they in the title race? Based on what I’ve seen tonight, they’re nowhere near Arsenal and Man City. They’re not.

“I think United fans will be coming away, even though they were 2-0 down, that will feel like a defeat. That’s two big points dropped against a side that doesn’t have a manager,” Cundy said.
