Lionesses’ manager Sarina Wiegman has named an unchanged team for England’s Women’s World Cup semi-final with Australia.

Ella Toone keeps her place in the Lionesses’ starting line-up in place of the suspended Lauren James, who is serving the second and final suspension of her two game ban for a stamp on Nigeria’s Michelle Alozie in the Round of 16.

The Matildas, meanwhile, have named Sam Kerr in their starting XI for the first time this tournament, ahead of the 11am (BST) semi-final kick-off at Stadium Australia in Sydney.

The Chelsea star has, until this point, been restricted to substitute appearances having picked up a calf injury in training on the eve of the tournament.

Today’s winners will face Spain, who beat Sweden 2-1 in the first semi-final, in the final on Sunday.
