Undergraduate Merit Scholarships
- Blue Scholarship: $5,000/year
- Gold Scholarship: $7,000/year
- Elite Scholarship: $9,000/year
Graduate Merit Scholarships
- Masters Merit Scholarship: $5,000/year
- Doctoral Merit Scholarship: $9,000/year
Requirements
To receive an International Merit Scholarship at ETSU, students must:

- Be admitted to ETSU as a degree-seeking student.
- Have, or plan to have, a visa that allows for a full-time course of study.
- Have earned a 3.0 GPA or higher in previous coursework
- Freshman Applicants – 3.0 GPA in High School
- Transfer Applicants – 3.0 GPA in previous university coursework
- Graduate Applicants – 3.0 GPA in undergraduate coursework
Method of Application
All students who apply for admission are considered for these scholarships. No separate application is needed
