Residents of Pejuola community in Idi-Aba, Abeokuta in Ogun State have been enjoined to support the state government’s efforts towards grassroots development.
The Baale of the community, Alhaji Taiwo Ekerin, who made the call to the people of Pejuola Community in Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, enjoined them to unite with the government at all levels in providing necessary amenities for grassroots development of the area.
The monarch said this during the inauguration of the newly constructed community main entrance and hosting of Baales in Abeokuta South Local Government.
He also called on the elite and philanthropists in the area to support other notable projects, saying such would put smiles on the faces of residents living in the area.
He said, “Let’s support government in the development of our area. We should all rally around to execute little projects in this community before seeking help from the Government, which I am sure will support us if they see our efforts” Alhaji Ekerin said.
