The Chinese Government is offering the Harbin Institute of Technology Scholarship to students who want to study in China. This is a fully funded scholarships for master’s and doctoral programs. The HIT scholarship for international students will cover all the expenses of the selected candidates.
Eligibility: To be eligible, you must;
- Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health both mentally and physically;
- Be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for a master’s degree program;
- Be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for a doctoral degree program;
- Have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level-4 when applying for a Chinese-taught master’s or doctoral degree program;
- Hold minimum requirements set by HIT in academic ability, language proficiency and other relevant criteria.

Value of Award:
- CSC scholarship covers the full tuition fee.
- The accommodation fee will be covered
- Exempt from the registration fee
- Medical insurance of up to 800 RMB annually will be provided.
- The monthly stipend will be provided to the Master’s degree candidate of up to 3,000 RMB
- The monthly stipend will be provided to Doctoral degree candidate of up to 3,500 RMB
Duration of Award:
- Master’s Scholarship in China: 2-3 Years
- PhD Scholarship in China: 4-5 Years
