A journalist and public relations consultant, Bode Odeseye, has said that his new book titled, Choices: Life is a Teacher, exposes some of the ‘escapades’ in Nollywood.

According to him, the book is a collection of stories, such as Fame and Fortune, Riot, The Treasure, and The One-Million Dollar Mirage. The book was published by Excel Publishing Group.

In a statement sent to Society Plus, Odeseye said, “It (the book) underscores the fallibility of the human race in making choices, which often mar, rather than make.

Also, it underscores the price often paid for stardom, and the power of positive thinking. It also takes a look at how life teaches indelible lessons and brings to the fore that resilience often leads to success. Also, it gives insights into real-life occurrences in the entertainment industry.”

The writer added that the book also touched on some notable events, such as the #EndSARS protests in October 2020.

The author’s past works include the non-fiction children’s book titled, Majidat: A Quintessential Jewel.
