The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has gifted a 3-bedroom apartment and a sum of N5million to the winner of the 2020 Big Brother Naija reality TV show, Olamilekan Agbelesebioba, otherwise known as Laycon.
Newspot reports that Laycon was at the Okemosan office of Gov Abiodun on Tuesday.
Laycon, who just won the grand prize of N85million from the Big Brother Naija show Lockdown edition, was in Ogun State on a ‘thank-you visit’.
While commending Laycon for displaying the unprecedented traits of a true Ogun indigene, Abiodun appointed him as the Ogun State Youth Ambassador.
Laycon also paid homage to the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo.
Oba Gbadebo, company of his chiefs, received Laycon at his palace in Ake, Abeokuta; where he gave him royal blessings.
Newspot reports that Laycon’s father is an indigene of Odeda Local Government, while his mother hailed from Ipokia Local Government, all in Ogun.
