Arsenal could complete the signing of David Raya within the next 48 hours with Matt Turner set to join Nottingham Forest, according to reports.

Raya emerged as a surprise target for Arsenal last week, with personal terms between the goalkeeper and club quickly agreed.
The Gunners submitted their opening offer to Brentford on Thursday worth around £23million – significantly less than the Bees’ £40m valuation.
Progress has been made on the deal, however, with Fabrizio Romano claiming that the transfer ‘could be done in 24/48hours’.
Arsenal are hoping they meet in the middle with their London rivals and agree a £30m fee, with Mikel Arteta needing to get the deal done quickly as Turner’s move to Forest has now been agreed.
According to the Daily Mail, Steve Cooper’s side will pay £7m for the USA international who has agreed personal terms, with the two clubs just needing to finalising the details of teh transfer.
Turner only moved to the Emirates last summer to become Aaron Ramsdale’s No.2, and though he kept four clean sheets in his seven appearances he was never going to usurp the England international inn the pecking order.
At the City Ground, he will become the first choice in-between the sticks after both Dean Henderson and Keylor Navas’ loans came to an end.
They had been working on a deal to bring the former back but Manchester United wanted £30m for the 26-year-old and it is now very unclear where his future lies.
It has long been known that Raya would leave Brentford this summer having refused a contract extension at the west London club but a move to Arsenal was certainly not predicted.
He had been heavily linked with Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham but they have since signed Robert Sanchez, Andre Onana and Guglielmo Vicario respectively.
Raya will desire to be first choice at the Emirates but will face stiff competition from Ramsdale, who will be looking to prove his worth to Arteta in Sunday’s Community Shield clash against Manchester City.
