The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State recently conducted elections to fill vacant seats within its executive council and central working committee.
This decision follows the appointment of some members to political offices and the departure of others from the party.
The election for these vacant positions took place during a joint meeting of stakeholders and the party’s executive committee at the Presidential Banquet Hall of the Katsina State Government House on Wednesday.
The process, involving nominations and affirmations, was monitored by an official from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The state’s deputy chairman of the APC, Alhaji Bala Abu Musawa, pledged his commitment to highlighting the achievements of the Radda-led administration in the last seven months through electronic and social media.
He also expressed gratitude to the governor for providing brand new cars to the party’s vice chairmen from the three senatorial zones.
