American singer and actress Halle Bailey and rapper boyfriend DDG have announced their breakup, less than a year after welcoming their son, Halo.
The former partners welcomed their son together on December 23, 2023.
The Little Mermaid star, Halle Bailey, and her former boyfriend have chosen to co-parent their son after ending their 2-year relationship.
The 26-year-old rapper took to his Instagram story and announced their separation. He noted that the breakup was a difficult decision but their love remains true and deep.
He wrote,
“Dear friends and supporters,
After much reflection and heartfelt conversations, Halle and I have decided to go our separate ways.
This decision was not easy, but we believe it’s the best path forward for both of us. I cherish the time we’ve spent together and the love we’ve shared.
Despite the changes in our relationship, our love for each other remains deep and true. We are still best friends and adore each other.
